Scholastica is a premier ed-tech consulting firm dedicated to helping top Latin American talent gain admission to elite universities worldwide. Given their 100% digital business model, I stepped up as Director of Online Marketing & Content Creation.

The Web Experience & UX Strategy
I played a leading role in the comprehensive UI/UX redesign, collaborating with cross-functional teams to engineer a high-performance digital ecosystem.

I maintained full creative and logistical oversight across all phases:
Narrative Strategy: From script conceptualization to storyboarding.
Production Management: Coordinating logistics and directing interviews with high-profile professionals to extract authentic, powerful stories.
Technical Execution: Leading the recording and post-production (editing & motion graphics) to meet broadcast standards.

By optimizing the remote production workflow to focus on narrative value rather than technical complexity, we transformed the YouTube channel into a mass-reach engine:

The Audio Engineering & Post-Production
I served as the Lead Audio Engineer for “Admissions Insights” podcast, responsible for the technical quality and sonic consistency of the brand’s audio assets.
Audio Engineering: Executed the editing, mixing, and mastering process in Pro Tools, focusing on noise reduction, vocal balancing, and EQ correction.
Sonic Consistency: Standardized the audio levels and format specifications to meet the strict technical requirements for distribution on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube Music and Amazon Music.
Production Efficiency: Streamlined the editing timeline to deliver high-fidelity episodes on tight deadlines, ensuring seamless playback without engaging in content scripting.
